Amie Torres

Amie has spent all of her career in the field of optometry, and is our Practice Manager, responsible for all the administrative facets of Eye Priority. She has worked with Dr. de Simone since 1994. With two active sons, Amie spends her free time watching baseball and track.

Lana Cox

Lana is an Optician as well as our frame buyer, and is responsible for the oversight of all of our frame inventory. She has ten years of optometry industry experience, and has been with Eye Priority for the last six years. Lana is married and has two children in school, and she enjoys watching her son’s football games when not at work. An Ahwatukee resident of twenty-five years, she also holds an Arizona Realtor’s License.

Rosanne Rusnock

Optician Rosanne has been with Eye Priority for seven years, and enjoys the long-term relationships that she has built with many of our patients. Married and the proud mom of three college-age children, Ro can be found in our Optical Department two days per week. When she is not at Eye Priority, Rosanne pursues a second career as a certified feng shui practitioner.

Jackie Evans

Jackie is our insurance expert, and has been with Eye Priority for thirteen years. She can be found at our front desk two days per week whenever she is not visiting her grandchildren in Alabama. An Arizona native and proud former Navy wife, Jackie has lived in Florida, Texas, South Carolina, California, and Alabama, but now happily calls Arizona home again.

Adella Martinez

Adella is our expert at the art of scheduling, and works hard to keep things running smoothly. Her most important goal is to minimize wait times for patients while still allowing time for emergencies and special requests. Adella is the mother of four, and has thirteen grandchildren as well as one great-grandchild, so she is accustomed to lots of activity!

Carrie Dixon

Carrie’s title is Vision Education Coordinator, and she facilitates our public events, educational outreach, and marketing efforts. A former small business owner, Carrie is legally blind, and is an advocate for screenings for early detection of eye disease. She has two grown children and has lived in Ahwatukee since 1985.
