I welcome you to contact me, so I can show you how Vision Therapy can change your life.” - Dr. Kelly de Simone
Our Management
Andrea brings a dynamic blend of energy, empathy, and organizational expertise to her role at Eye Priority. No stranger to taming chaos, she began her career in the classroom, leading 26 energetic four- and five-year-olds as a preschool teacher. That early experience sharpened her leadership, communication, and creative problem-solving skills—strengths that continue to define her professional approach today.
Since joining Eye Priority, Andrea has flourished in her management role, ensuring the practice operates seamlessly while supporting both staff and patients with warmth, efficiency, and a thoughtful attention to detail. Her natural ability to understand people and processes allows her to create systems that work and environments where others feel supported.
In March 2026, Andrea earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Organizational Management with a minor in Cognitive Studies, reflecting her deep interest in how people think, learn, and lead. She is passionate about applying these insights to strengthen teams, improve operations, and elevate the patient experience.
Originally from San Diego, Andrea has proudly called Phoenix home since 2015. Outside of work, she enjoys sports (Broncos + Padres), travel, shopping for new plants, spending time with her dog, and discovering great coffee spots (a top favorite is Maple House). When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her exploring the outdoors or dreaming up her next adventure—Greece is at the very top of her bucket list.
Our Opticians
Claire has been with Eye Priority for several years now, she enjoys getting to know her patients and loves helping them choose the perfect pair of glasses. She is a huge Disney fan and mom to an ugly dog (with pictures to prove it!). Claire loves ALL animals: furry, scaly, small and really big - in college she interned with the elephants in the Reid Park zoo! She’s never lived anywhere longer than five years but thanks to an adorable niece and nephew she thinks Phoenix will be her forever home.
Our Staff
Caz’s passion for optometry was sparked during a cow’s eye dissection in a college physiology class. Captivated by the complexity of the eye and the professor’s engaging lecture, he knew then that he wanted to dive deeper into the world of vision science.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Arizona, with a minor in Studio Arts—an academic combination that reflects both his analytical mindset and creative eye.
Outside of his professional interests, Caz is a dedicated car enthusiast who enjoys researching and learning about automotive design and performance. In his free time, you’ll often find him spending time with family and friends, catching a movie, or hiking Arizona’s scenic trails.
